Call the Shamir “Call It Off” relationship hotline

Eccentric pop artist Shamir is releasing his debut album Ratchet on May 19, via XL. And while some artists simply prefer to promote their work with videos or track premieres, Shamir has launched something much more interesting: A relationship hotline. That’s right, you can call Shamir to have your relationship problems solved by a musical expert, which coincide nicely with new single “Call It Off” (anyone else picking up on some dealbreaker vibes?). Here’s what you do: Call 1-844-4SHAMIR and you’ll have three options: 1) Leave a message with a summary of the issue you’re dealing with, and Shamir will call you back with thoughts on the matter. 2) You can listen to the new track “Call It Off” over the phone. Or 3) You can hear the options a second time, in a deeper voice. (The number for UK callers is 0800-193-3266.)
