The 2016 Mercury Prize shortlist of albums has just been announced. This year’s list of nominated albums includes Bat For Lashes, David Bowie, Savages, ANOHNI and Radiohead. Check out the full list below.
The Hyundai Mercury Prize is awarded to the best British album of the year, as voted on by a panel of music industry professionals and journalists. This year’s winner will be named on September 15 at the Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith in the UK. Last year’s winner was Benjamin Clementine.
